DIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE
The federal rule requires that people with disabilities account for at least 7 percent of workers within each job group in their workforce. U.S. Department of Labor requires that businesses with at least 50 employees must take significant steps surrounding recruitment, training, record keeping and policy dissemination, all designed to increase employment of people with disabilities.
We work with a number of companies to ensure that they are utilizing best practices. We also educate them and assist them with their recruiting and hiring processes. Our consultation team is available to companies of all sizes that are interested in using our services.
There are benefits to becoming a corporate partner. We assist companies in learning how to obtain incentives by hiring our students.
